Big, loosely growing Sphagnum species, probably from New Zealand.
Perfect living substrate as decoration for terrariums, for carnivorous plants, or epiphytes. Due to its anti-microbial and fungicidal properties, living Sphagnumis also ideal for creating a low-germ environment for rooting cuttings! This species is particularly suitable for this as it grows very loosely and leaves plenty of air between the individual stems.
You will receive a well-filled 11×11 cm box with live moss.

Sphagnum is extremely frugal and really only wants two things: lots of light and clean water. It should be placed as brightly as possible, preferably with direct sunlight or under a plant lamp. It should only be watered with rainwater or similar low-nutrient and low-salt water and should always remain moist. Fertilising is not necessary.
